I bought a site from Oranjy Limited (United Kingdom) on Flippa (listing: trysudor.com). In my experience, the listing and post-sale results did not match what was represented.
Key issues:
- Deliverables and support promised during the sale were not completed within the agreed timeframe.
- The financial/traffic claims appeared overstated compared with what I could verify after transfer.
- Shortly after the sale, the site’s Google performance declined significantly versus what was shown during due diligence. Basically what we call a “Rug Pull” in the financial or crypto world.
I recommend buyers do extensive verification (independent analytics access, proof of revenue, and written post-sale obligations) before purchasing from this seller.
